Tricking the pirates into believing his orders are from Hook, Peter manages to save Tiger Lily from the rising tide. When Hook discovers this deception, he is further humiliated when Peter calls him a codfish. This humiliating nickname causes Hook to lose the respect of his men. Fried until golden brown, these soft and fluffy salt cod fritters are dipped into a tangy remoulade sauce for a delicious snack. Captain Hook himself couldn’t resist these delectable codfish fritters.

When Wendy, John and Michael Darling arrive in Neverland they are introduced to the lost boys, a small crew of young boys that follow Peter Pan. Wendy soon takes up the role of mother, spending her days cooking for the boys. Luckily, there is plenty of foraged food to be found in Neverland. This sweet and salty recipe combines a roasted jacket yam with creamy coconut butter and a sweet and spicy macadamia nut crunch topping. Perfect as a snack or a side dish.
